Front Office Agent

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required or four (4) years hotel related course.
At least 2 years working experience in related field.
Excellent English communication skills with basic computer skills.
Highly customer service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic.
General knowledge of the city where the hotel is located and its attractions.

GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
Strong attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Can work with minimum supervision

COMPANY NURSE

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Professional License holder (Registered Nurse)
With BOSH Training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality care.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Excellent written communication and arithmetic skills are required.
Proven three to five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Graduate Certificate preferred.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
Must possess good computational ability with emphasis on excel and word applications.
Working knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred (but not required).
The ability to work under pressure, a proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.

REVENUE MANAGER

At least 3 years of work experience in Yield or Revenue Management in a hotel, resort, OTA, or booking platform company.
Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
Experience in controlling room inventory and online travel partners is a must.
Reservation system or booking engine knowledge.
Proficient in excel.

RESERVATION MANAGER

At least 5 years of work experience in Sales and Reservations, including supervision in a hotel or Resort.
Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
Experience in controlling room inventory and online travel partners is a must.
Yield management knowledge.
Computer literate.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Proven experience in sales within the hospitality and events industries.
Strong knowledge of and up to date with market trends.
Preferably fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

SALES AND RESERVATIONS AGENT

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role or industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
With knowledge of various sales techniques.
Experience in controlling room inventory and online travel partners is a must.

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

At least six (6) months of job experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in hotel is an advantage but not necessary.
FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance.
Knows basic English.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

At least graduate of high school or equivalent education required.
2 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a 3-star hotel or above.
5 years of experience in the housekeeping department in a 3-star hotel or above.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Must have a valid license or NC II certificate.
Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred.
Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage.
Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

CHEF DE PARTIE

At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant (hotel experience is a major advantage, but not required).
Must have an experience running a kitchen team.
Must have the ability to multi-task.
Must have the ability to work under pressure.
Must possess basic ability to speak, read, and write English.

COOK

At least 2 years of experience as a cook
Must have the ability to multi-task.
Must have the ability to work under pressure.
Must possess basic ability to speak, read, and write English.
Schedule flexibility is required.

WAITERESS/CASHIER

With at least 3 years of experience as a waiter
Excellent grooming standards
Committed to deliver high levels of customer service.
Willing to work shifting schedule.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

WAITER/BARMAN

With at least 3 years of experience as a waiter/barman
Excellent grooming standards and can deliver high levels of customer service
Willing to work shifting schedule
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
